Seemingly another scam
Purchased two codes for Automaticall — and since the end of October, none of my purchases are showing up in my account anymore. They charged me, but I’m getting absolutely nothing in return. I’m not the only one; other customers are experiencing the same issue.
Support at Automaticall isn’t responding at all.
Honestly, I’m deeply disappointed. So many LTDs are turning into nothing but scams. I’ve invested a lot of money, and in the end: nothing.
It would be great if AppSumo introduced a more reliable system to filter out these scams — for example, by not offering so many LTDs from certain high-risk regions, and by only featuring companies that have been operating for at least two years. That alone would prevent a lot of frustration and wasted money.

Will be asking for a refund as no support on here and questions left unanswered. Don’t treat your customers like this, it isn’t professional and reflects badly on a product that could be great.

Absolutely do not get this.
1. Followed the instructions to redeem the code.
2. Automaticall asks me for a subscription payment. No.
3. Account sits in limbo saying it needs to be activated, clicking that asks for a subscription payment.
4. Discord support said to click a button to "delete the forward" which removed the appsumo code from my account.
5. Appsumo code now says invalid/redeemed, so I can't follow Discord support.
This looks like it's pretty much just a big fat scam and I'll definitely dispute the charge in a few days if this isn't resolved.

Limited Funtionality
Good day. I run a business that offers three different products. Automaticall provides an FAQ section, and with the help of ChatGPT 5.0 Pro, I created a full training setup: four FAQs total; one general and three product-specific, each roughly a page long (11-point font, single spaced). That’s how I understood the training process was meant to work.
When testing, the system did answer calls and genuinely tried to help. Unfortunately, it consistently got lost in conversation, paused for long stretches, and was ultimately not usable for our needs.
There isn’t much documentation available (even after deep research), so perhaps I missed something. However, from what I can tell, Automaticall just isn’t capable of handling more complex or multi-layered product knowledge at this time.
I’ve requested a refund for all my codes.
That said, I do think the product could work well for very simple use cases — for example, basic call answering or limited Q&A. But for businesses that need richer, more detailed product or service interactions, it doesn’t yet have the depth or responsiveness required.
