We find that more customers are willing to interact with the AI to leave a message than voicemail, which is great. Unfortunately, the only way we get notifications of messages now is through WhatsApp, which isn't great. We used to get e-mails, but those stopped. iMessage doesn't work either (it is beta, so that's fair, but the e-mails always worked before.) Sent a few e-mails to support over the past three weeks to them from a couple of different e-mail accounts just to make sure they weren't getting blocked, but still haven't received a reply. Would love to start getting e-mail notifications of messages since WhatsApp isn't a great team tool for us to use.
