Limited Funtionality
Good day. I run a business that offers three different products. Automaticall provides an FAQ section, and with the help of ChatGPT 5.0 Pro, I created a full training setup: four FAQs total; one general and three product-specific, each roughly a page long (11-point font, single spaced). That’s how I understood the training process was meant to work.
When testing, the system did answer calls and genuinely tried to help. Unfortunately, it consistently got lost in conversation, paused for long stretches, and was ultimately not usable for our needs.
There isn’t much documentation available (even after deep research), so perhaps I missed something. However, from what I can tell, Automaticall just isn’t capable of handling more complex or multi-layered product knowledge at this time.
I’ve requested a refund for all my codes.
That said, I do think the product could work well for very simple use cases — for example, basic call answering or limited Q&A. But for businesses that need richer, more detailed product or service interactions, it doesn’t yet have the depth or responsiveness required.
