I had tried using Google Studio to create the routes I wanted but wasted too much time. I loved how easy it was to use Avomap. Its also wonderful that we can try all the features without losing credits until we render the video. I will be using it for my social media promos too.

Does what it say - very helpful founder
I used Avomap to introduce a travel video, and put it in context. The tool is very easy to use. It is a great way to start a video with a 'wow' effect. I asked the founder if I could import my own 3D models (I wanted a different car model). He developed that feature in only a couple weeks. Even better, it is now possible to create models from 2D references. It takes 1 credit the first time only, after which the model appears in the library and can be reused at no additional cost. I am really pleased with Avomap and with the support received and feel it will elevate the quality of my future videos.

Works better on PC that Iphone
I like this product. Mostly easy to work with on iPhone. the editing progress tends to reset. I am unable to download the videos using and iPhone, and this request me to get on my pc to download the video and transfer it to my iPhone for editing. The editing features work much better. I love the super zooming in and out and wish it could star even further zoomed out. Very cool feature. I think the logo costing a full credit, the same cost of a video is absolute rip off if I'm paying for lifetime membership. I can add the logo with the Instagram editing app for free when I edit my videos.

And yes, the UX is best on a PC at the moment. AvoMap is becoming more and more feature-rich, with even more functionality coming soon. Bringing all of that to mobile while maintaining a great user experience and performance is quite a challenge, but we're working on it 🙂

If you make travel, exploring, hiking, or running content (but not limited to), whether for yourself or a client, this one is worth picking up. The output render is great with the option of 4K, and the more time I've spent on it, the more deeper customization I have found.

Fun pass time for map and geography geeks!
As someone who grew up spending hours looking at printed National Geographic maps and atlases, I found this tool a lot of fun! Creating routes domestic or international (i.e. US -> Europe/Asia) easy to do. I'm still learning about adding symbols, route way points, and markers, but it'll come to me with more playing! I do wish for some UI changes like a save-on-exit editing option or delete video option to be more visible and straightforward. Maybe having a YouTube tutorial video for beginners available that highlights features, menus, and options is required? Overall, a fun tool that is useful, informative, and a good learning tool about geography and the world. Support is responsive and friendly.
