Q: Can Awaz manage the transition from a secretary to the decision-maker?

In other words, can Awaz make cold outbound calls and successfully transition the call from the secretary answering the phone to the decision-maker, ultimately securing a meeting with that decision-maker?

If you mean an outbound cold call where the AI first reaches a receptionist or secretary and then needs to navigate to the decision maker and secure a meeting, yes, this is possible. The key is how you prompt the agent and structure the call objective. You would guide the agent on how to handle a gatekeeper conversation, what information to ask for, how to request the decision maker appropriately, and what to do if the decision maker is not available, for example asking for the best time to call back or capturing details to book a meeting.

Alternatively, if you mean the AI is speaking with a contact and then needs to transfer the call to a specific person or department on your side, that is also supported. You can configure a Transfer Call action in the agent settings (Actions tab), then prompt the agent on when it should trigger that transfer during the conversation.
