Q: Concurrency limits
What are the call concurrency limits with these plans? I intend to scale and can easily eclipse 100 per minute for outbound calls. What would that run me on tier 4?

By default, our plans support up to 20 concurrent calls. This baseline is designed to cover the majority of use cases while ensuring consistent call quality and system stability.
For customers planning to scale beyond this level, concurrency can be increased upon request with an additional cost.

20 calls concurrently, if a call ends, another one starts, etc, not necessarily per minute as a call can last more than one minute
