You seem to suggest using your tool for outbound campaigns? Is that correct?
Do we need to trigger a call via API and provide the relevant information? Can the API be used to do this?

Collect contact details externally, for example through a form or CRM widget, then trigger the AI agent to place a call once the details are submitted or updated.
