This is typically done through the agent’s language settings and prompt instructions. How the agent speaks and switches between languages largely depends on how you prompt it and structure the script, so you can guide it to respond in Hindi, English, or a natural mix of both.

As for native integrations, we don’t currently have built-in integrations with platforms like HubSpot or Flowlu. That said, Awaz does support integrations via API, so if those platforms expose APIs, you can connect them through custom workflows or automation tools.
