I want to buy tier 4. I’ve already saved it in my cart, but I have several questions.
First of all are there any recurring minutes I see there is something monthly AI are these for the call all for AI agent.
Can we connect any CRM to it or do you have a list of CRM’s that can be integrated.

There are no recurring monthly call minutes included. Each plan comes with a free initial 30 AI minutes for testing. After that, calls are pay-as-you-go based on the per-minute rate of your tier. This usage applies to your AI agent’s calls.
We do not include monthly minutes by design. Voice calls involve ongoing, real-time costs such as telephony, live AI processing, and concurrency. A usage-based model keeps pricing transparent and this structure allows us to keep investing in quality, uptime, and support for customers running Awaz in production.
Any “monthly” charges you may see are optional features, such as Knowledge Base subscriptions or purchasing or connecting phone numbers through the platform, not call minutes. With AppSumo Tier 4, the platform license itself is lifetime, so ongoing costs are usage-based only.
Regarding CRM integration, we support integrations in two ways:
- Native automation via Zapier
- Direct integration via API, which allows you to connect most CRMs or internal systems
So you’re not limited to a fixed CRM list.

thank you. I bought Tier 3 just to test. so far like the dash board and easy to operate options inside Awaz tool. With Tier 4 Unlimited Users and Agents: Does it mean we can connect several accounts or companies and each company will have its own workspace?
Knowledge Base cost: $10 per month. so for each compan we will end up paying KB+Twilio cost+Awaz .20 cents per minute. Very Expensive.
