Q: Some questions
Hi Team,
I have a few questions:
1.I use textlinksms.com for sending SMS and Twilio for a landline to receive calls. Can I send SMS via textlinksms during or after a call, similar to Twilio?
2. I use Pabbly for automations—is it as easy to use as Zapier or Make?
3. I also use n8n—how easy is it to integrate with your platform compared to make.com?
I use TidyCal instead of Google Calendar or Calendly—does this integrate as well?
4. If someone isn’t reachable during an outbound call, can I define callbacks and timing, or is this handled via tools like Pabbly?
5. We use our own voice service with ElevenLabs—can this be connected?
6. Since I already use n8n, ElevenLabs, and Twilio directly (at lower cost), what are the three main advantages of using your tool instead?

Mar 20, 2026A: Hi there!
Thank you very much for your thoughtful questions.
To go through them one by one:
1) SMS with your current setup
If you are using your own twilio telephony setup for calling, you can connect that with our platform for calling purposes. For SMS, our platform uses Twilio's supported messaging flows, and if you are using a separate SMS provider outside of that, this would typically need to be connected through an automation setup such as Zapier, Make, Pabbly, or a similar automation tool depending on your workflow.
2) Pabbly vs Zapier / Make
Yes, Pabbly can also be used. The main difference is that Zapier and Make are generally more straightforward on our side because we already have more direct integration support there. With other automation tools, the setup would usually rely more on API and webhook configuration.
3) n8n and TidyCal
n8n can also be connected, though it would usually be done through a more manual API or webhook-based setup compared to the more direct flow available with Zapier or Make.
For calendars, Google Calendar is the native calendar integration currently supported directly within our platform. If you prefer to use another calendar tool such as TidyCal, that would generally need to be connected through a third-party automation workflow.
4) Callbacks when someone is not reachable
You can configure callback behavior and timing directly within the campaign settings. So for this part, you would not necessarily need to rely on a third-party automation tool.
5) Connecting your own voice
Yes, if you are using your own voice setup, that can be connected as well. Our team can assist in making that available within your platform setup.
6) Main advantages of using Awaz if you already use your own stack directly
That is a very fair question.
If you are already using tools like n8n, ElevenLabs, and Twilio directly, the main advantages of using Awaz are:
- Faster deployment
You do not need to build everything from scratch or stitch the whole setup together yourself.
- More client-ready
Awaz is built to help you launch and manage AI voice setups for real client use, not just connect separate tools.
- Less complexity day to day
A DIY stack can work well, but it usually becomes harder to manage as more campaigns, clients, and moving parts are added.
So the value is really in having a setup that is more ready to use, easier to manage, and faster to deploy.
Hope this helps answer your questions!
