We initially purchased AWAZ to have a Voice bot on our website to answer questions and offer appointment scheduling. As it turns out, AWAZ is much more robust than that. We're also going to develop our own AI Agency as a side hustle! The business model they've developed is extremely lucrative and offers us a plan "B" that may actually be better than our plan "A"!
