Five Stars and One Feature Request That Could Unlock a Massive Market
Onboarding had a couple of hiccups out of the gate. The setup page froze twice during voice agent configuration and I noticed two small duplicate charges that made a small dent in my $10 free credit balance. I believe these were tied to the glitch, which turned out to be an email transfer issue during onboarding that prevented me from adding my card as the default payment method. Support responded quickly, corrected the email field, and got everything sorted. That part impressed me.
Once I was up and running the quality immediately stood out. I had my elderly mother call the agent today. She hates automated phone menus. She said it sounded like a human. That’s the only proof of concept I needed.
I am building a done-for-you automation service for small businesses, salons, barbers, solo consultants, and Awaz is central to what I am delivering. I completely understand why the company prices white label the way they do. It is a premium offering and it is worth it at scale. I am just not there yet, and that gap is the only thing standing between me and deploying this to my first clients.
The solution that would change everything for operators like me is a pass-through sub account billing model where clients handle their own billing and usage directly with Awaz while I manage configuration from a single dashboard. No white label needed. Awaz keeps 100% of the revenue and gains new paying accounts they would not have had otherwise. My clients would be low usage, primarily inbound, exactly the kind of accounts that add revenue without adding infrastructure strain. That bridge would not only help mini agencies like me keep overhead low while building a client base, it would open up a huge market of small business owners who would never find Awaz on their own but would absolutely use it if it came packaged as part of a done-for-you service. Don’t get me wrong, I would love white label. It would make clients feel special to see their logo in the dashboard and feel more premium if their own domain was the site they visited. But at my current client level I cannot justify $297 a month without raising the cost of my service so dramatically it would price out the very clients I am trying to serve. As a solo operator in launch phase I cannot take on additional monthly overhead until my client base can support it. A pass-through sub account model would serve as the perfect bridge to full white label, giving operators like me a way to grow into it naturally and use the platform to its full potential rather than being limited by where I am right now.
If you are a small business looking for an AI receptionist, this is a great buy.

Mar 12, 2026Thank you very much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. We really appreciate it.
I’m glad to hear that once everything was sorted out, you had a great experience with the platform. Hearing that your mother felt like she was speaking with a real person is exactly the kind of feedback we love to see — delivering natural, human-like conversations is something we put a lot of effort into.
We’re also happy our support team was able to quickly resolve the onboarding hiccup. We’re constantly improving and updating the platform, and whenever anything unexpected comes up, our team is always there to help get things back on track.
Regarding your suggestion about a pass-through sub-account billing model, that’s a thoughtful idea and exactly the kind of feedback that helps us shape future improvements. If you’d like, you can submit it directly on our public roadmap at roadmap.awaz.ai, where our team reviews feature requests and community suggestions.
Thanks again for the review and for building with Awaz — we really appreciate your support.
