My Honest Review + Detailed Video

We implemented Awaz AI for our outbound sales team this January, and honestly, it’s a massive game-changer!

It shows the setup process and some real campaign results, which helped me a lot in making my decision!

Within days, we rolled out a custom AI voice agent that not only made calls in multiple languages but also felt surprisingly natural and personable on the line. What really blew me away was how easy it was to launch a campaign and integrate with our existing tools—setting up automation with Google Calendar and Zapier was straightforward, and the bulk calling feature lets us reach so many more leads than before.

One of my favorite features is the instant follow-up via SMS and WhatsApp. Our reps used to spend hours just on routine follow-up and appointment booking, but with Awaz, those tasks are now on autopilot and we’re seeing a clear boost in scheduled meetings.

The advanced analytics and sentiment detection mean we can actually listen back and see how the conversations went, which helps us tweak campaigns on the fly.

Above things I liked.

Now here are few things I didn't liked...
Knowledge base needs $10 subscription/month
New Phone Number needs $10 subscription/month

And for these you need your crad connected, which basically evgen for mistakenly click cost charges. So even tough we invest in LTD still need to subscribe for monthly charges for few things.

• Knowledge Base ($10/month):
This cost is tied to infrastructure and storage. The knowledge base supports large-scale data, including files of up to 30GB, URLs, and structured Q&A. It allows the AI to dynamically consult and reason over this information in real time during calls, which requires ongoing storage and processing resources.
• Phone number subscription ($10/month):
This covers the cost of provisioning, maintaining, and managing phone numbers within the telephony network, including reliability, routing, and compliance. These are recurring costs we incur from telecom providers, which is why they’re billed separately.
• Card required for add-ons and ''misclicks'':
We understand the concern here. To be transparent, the platform clearly displays multiple warnings and confirmations whenever an action may incur additional charges. Nothing is billed silently, and users are always informed before enabling paid features.
