As per the agreement, we were supposed to receive a $100 credit every month. However, their system does not renew the credit automatically, and I had to email their support team repeatedly. Unfortunately, they failed to provide a solution and never added the $100 credit as promised. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
