Handled subscription issue professionally
Writing because of recent complaints of losing credits (Targetron forgot we were customers). I don't know what happened, and I suspect it was a technical glitch, but I do want to mention that writing to them on their chat did have a good result.. They sent me an email (may have taken a couple of days?) that my credits were restored and asked for me to send my purch invoice to confirm. To me that sounds like an acquisition gone awry or bad recordkeeping..
As to the product itself, it seems to do what it says it will.. It's of limited use for me, since it's really focused on local bricks and mortar businesses, but it does come in handy..
Anyway - it seemed fair to review for good service.. Appsumo could have been more proactive though..
