Q: Do you have any documentation or training available?
There's no onboarding process within the app, I'm struggling with adding SMTP. It returns an error but the error message is blank so I don't even have enough information to submit a support ticket.
Where are the instructions?

If you are using port 465 for smtp, try with port 587 and it will work :)
