Worked once before... now it doesnt work at all. No support
I have a higher tier on this. Was hoping this was something I could come back to. I ran one cold outreach campaign and it didn't work out for me so I shelved this one for later use.
I finally am ready to try again, but the campaign wont start. I have tried and tried to no avail. I have contacted support twice and no one has gotten back to me.
I think maybe they have grabbed the cash and ran. idk but so far I am looking into other tools as this one isn't working.
The email warmup still works. Albeit a bit clunky. But whats the use if we cant run a campaign?
I haven't noticed any updates /changes to the app either. So I have a feeling it's been abandoned...
Maybe they just collected our money and waited for it to be too late to request a refund?

Could not run my campaign and went for a refund
From the beginning there were some glitches (websites temporary unavailable, difficulty to connect my SMTP accounts, etc.) but nothing serious and with the help from the support, I could have everything set up.
The behavior of the warm up was not as expected. It should have sent 25 emails/account/day. For more than 2 days it sent nothing, then it started... with its own rhythm. The analytics from the interface were not congruent with what I saw was sent/received so it was a bit confusing. In the end, besides the strange behavior, the warm up worked fine for all my accounts.
So I decided to set up a campaign. I wanted to organize a webinar and invite some leads through cold emailing. I set up my campaign. I felt I could have use some documentation (there's none for now) but it's simple enough that with the product demo on the Youtube channel, I could find the answers to my questions.
The problem is that when my campaign was finally ready and activated, no email was sent. I reach to the support in web chat. The next day by email. There's supposed to answer in 24h/48h but I didn't get any answer after more than one week. It was almost 10 days when I got an email saying they would have a look at it. It was already too late for my campaign and I had to cancel my event.
It was the end of my refund period so I had to decide. The combination of not being able to send emails and the support being unreachable for barely 10 days lead me to ask for a refund.
It may be a great product when it's more stable and reliable, when they correct the interface glitches, add some docs and reinforce the support. For now, I was not able to use it and went for an other solution.

Great customer service, rooting for b2breach, but product is still a bit buggy
I really appreciated that b2breach helped me work through issues with the good customer support, but there are just too many problems and I can only devote so much time to getting this product to work for me. I'm really rooting for b2breach, the market needs a high quality, affordable email sequencer, and I hope they get there soon but they aren't quite there yet.
A few issues I had:
* Email warmup seemed not to work - most of my emails bounced after a few days of warmup; when I turned off b2breach's warmup and signed up for another warmup service, my reputation was initially bad but improved quickly and now my emails go through
* Bounces, read, and replied counting was not accurate
* Adding a new email step to an existing campaign is possible, but the step will never trigger; you need a new campaign
* The email editing window doesn't show any formatting, but when the emails went out they were formatted strangely, with different sections having different fonts. This is probably because I copied and pasted from somewhere else, and the formatting wasn't displayed in the editor but still went out in the real email
* A few times I went to the site it was down for maintenance
* SMTP setup didn't go smoothly
* [this one doesn't matter for the product but it just sort of bothered me] that b2breach claims on their website to be based in San Francisco, but has no teams page, and it seems like they are actually based in Turkey. It's totally fine that they're based in Turkey, I just didn't like that they lied about this
It's hard to provide this feedback when they've been so helpful over support but I hope they can use this feedback to improve the product and ultimately be successful.

Even when my partner and I were in SF, we would be happy to have coffee, but we always preferred to receive feedback online but I still don't understand what the company's location has to do with the services we provide. However, I appreciate the detailed feedback...
