Tools like Remove.bg will remove a background for free - does your tool do anything additional? I pay for ClippingMagic and I'd be happy to purchase a lifetime deal if you had any of the tools it does, including choosing which items to cut, a tool for hair background, and the ability to easily preview before or after in real time.
My experience with background removal tools is that they fail when they do not recognize a face in a group. I've tried removing backgrounds from many group photos and it always seems to fail to recognize one or more faces so it removes the person. It's really annoying. Does your tool have a way for me to force identify faces that may not be automatically identified?
I see that this deal is only for 10 API credits per month. Is this the only plan available? I would be very interested if a higher tier was available. Also, am I reading correctly that the API credits are a 1-1 ratio per image?
As I know, 1 credit is for 1 image processing. You are right here. Higher tier may appear, as a founder is making updates to AI model (training and all that stuff). Still no approximate dates for completing this work and updating the deal on AppSumo.

Can it be used to generate the background of a product?
Not just replacing the background with another uploaded image but actually generating the background to match the cropped product image.
It seems that for now BackgroundCut doesn't have such a feature. But I sent a developer a letter, giving an advice to add some useful features, like the one you mentioned. So, it may be implemented sooner or later (or may not :) ).

He is aware of questions on AppSumo. I believe he will return here and clarify everything. Probably, he is preparing a new offer that may change this deal features or add more tiers. Thus, current responses will be not correct.
