For the current deal it's 10 API credits per month only (but with rollover). Hope there will be some updates for this deal. Just check it from time to time.
So how many image can be submit every month with 10 API credits?
Each API credit allows removal of one background from an image via an API call. So, if you have 10 API credits, you'll be able to remove backgrounds from 10 images.
