We have been trying to contact support for a long time, but there has been no response. Previously, communication happened almost immediately; is there any possibility to get in touch with the service at all?
I sent a support request 4 days ago and nobody has responded yet. We sent it to the email address that comes up in our dashboard when we click the "Contact Support" on the lefthand sidebar.
Can this pick up deeply embedded backlinks and javascript links? Do you offer any trials so we can test if it works with our backlinks?

A: We have a free plan with limited number of links, you can try the tool with that. Appsumo also offers 60 day no questions asked refund as well.
We don't crawl the JS links as they are extremely slow & our servers become vulnerable to JS based attacks. It would also increase the price significantly & lifetime deal won't be an option. So if at all we introduce that, it will be based on as a...

A: No, that feature is available from Plan 3 and above. There is no limit to the number of new links that can be indexed per month, the limit is on the number of sites.
I work with multiple clients on their press releases and use google alerts to get notified if there are mentions. Do you see yoru tool as a replacement for google alerts ? does it also tell me trafic generated to the site using the backlink?

A: not really. we are just a backlink monitoring tool which helps you monitor the backlinks that you give us. It is more like a niche tool for link builders who build backlinks via paid backlinks and link exchange to check if someone is not returning the favour after taking favour.
