Q: Does it also check nofollow and noindex in meta tags (header section) of the page.
Also, nofollow or noindex in robots.txt file?

May 15, 2024A: Hey deepblue,
Thanks for your appreciation, were you able to move ahead with the purchase now ?
IMHO, LTD products are WIP products, that's why you pay once for lifetime access. If you can take a leap of faith with us, it will encourage us to keep adding more features.
Regarding your new query
Does the index check in your app check both cache: & site: search operator?
We use the site: operator
I would be excited to know if you feel cache: will have any advantage over it.
I had a look at this link - https://developers.google.com/search/docs/monitor-debug/search-operators/web-search-cache#:~:text=The%20cache%3A%20operator%20is%20a,only%20available%20on%20web%20search.
and couldn't infer that cache: is more helpful than site:
Please correct me if I am wrong.
Thanks,
Yogi
Oh, that's an interesting one.
We have heard about this requirement for the first time.
We can try adding this in our monitoring rules.
It would be great if you can add this in our roadmap - https://backlinkchecker.info/roadmap

I submitted this as well. This is very important to get. As soon as it's on the roadmap, I'll consider purchasing.
Hey, I have just added that todo in our pipeline now.
It will be available soon. Will not be a separate feature, just an enhancement in the backlink monitoring rules, like an edge case for some crazy folks.
By crazy folks, I mean those who choose to put nofollow, noindex in robots.txt or meta header as a dubious activity.
Hey, we just added this functionality.
Thanks a lot for informing about this.
Now, in our scripts, we also nofollow and noindex in meta tags (header section) of the page.
Also, nofollow or noindex in robots.txt file as well.
This makes our script more robuts.
Cheers to you for point this feature out.
Thanks,
Yogini

I'm glad that you added this. It's the base of your product which you're offering. That was the reason I didn't move ahead with your product. Does the index check in your app check both cache: & site: search operator?
