Poor UX and UI and It Requires Way Too Much Support
I am very glad the support has been responsive, but the questions I am having to ask are so basic that it is difficult to swallow... I guess that shows how badly I want this to work - because it services a valuable need for us.
That said, the UI and UX is a confusing mess and there is virtually no help information to go by. Questionable issues include:
- Adding a teammate doesn't actually add them to your account so they can help you manage your links. As it turned out, I needed a multiple-email walkthrough on how to get it to work. It just might be figured out now. WHY so difficult?!?
- There is no definition of what a "Public" list is or what the purpose of such a thing is (and how to use it), but you can't change that feature on a list after making it... so it seems pretty important to me.
- I am having to ask how to remove links from a list without deleting them... that should be so easy to see, but there is no clear way of doing so. I'm half expecting them to say it isn't possible.
- I added the Moz API after setting one up... but none of that data is being collected as the system indicates it should. That is now in their support for further review.
- There is no way to manually review and change an error on a link that was monitored (with an incorrect error). This is important, because sometimes their crawler is being blocked and we need to manually review those.
All-in-all, it seems to me like this came to market WAY too early and we just paid to be Alpha users...
Fingers crossed that this becomes worth the investment of time and frustration.

Thanks for acknowledging our support and the need of the product. To answer your queries
-Adding a teammate is simple, just put their email and select the pages to give access to, if you want them to Add backlinks, just give access to Add Backlinks or Add Lists section. I can see that there was some issue with your specific case, we will resolve it at the earliest.
- Public list is 'public', anyone can view the public link of the list without logging in. You can't change the public status after making a list for internal security reasons. Reach out to us if you would want to change the status.
- You want to remove a link but not delete it ? What does that sentence mean ? Isn't removing the same as deleting ?
- Moz api has not been behaving properly, we might be removing it from the feature set, we would be recommending folks to use our discover add on instead.
- I am sorry that won't be possible because that's not the point of our tool. If you want to manually review some links, I would request to monitor it separately in a sheet. We tried implementing proxy IPs but it wasn't giving good results & costs didn't make sense for LTDs.
Having said that, if you are facing multiple issues, please reach us on support and we can get on a call to resolve and save both of ours time. Further, I am not able to understand how these support queries lead to a 2 star review ?
