This issue arises due to changes in MOZ API Authentication.
It appears there is an issue with MOZ API Authentication as we are not getting details of backlinks.
"So, this issue is taking time because it is not in our hands.
This issue arises due to changes in MOZ API Authentication.
Accounts of MOZ API which were created after March 2024 had changes in their authentication methods, and that's why you were unable to fetch the backlinks for your Domains.
We are trying to figure out how we can fix this, and we have also contacted the MOZ API team for this."
I asked what happened with clients using your software from March to June and after 9 days, I am yet to get a response despite a follow up 6 days ago.
Hoping they can fix this or provide an update.
Thank you.

Jun 14, 2024Hey Relancing,
As you have mentioned, this problem you are facing is not due to an issue at our end but because of change of authentication method from Moz API.
Sorry for the delay in replies. It happened due to a potpourri of things happening together. I got injured & the customer success personnel was on leave for the first 2 weeks of June.
We have tried to fix the problem and get to the root of it.
We have done some development and you can now add the updated authentication method in your Moz APIs section as well
On this link - https://app.backlinkmonitor.co/backlink/user-api-keys
you can see there are 2 options now to add Moz API keys, one is API token (After March 2024) and other is Access id and secret key (before March 2024)
Please try using this and let me know if it is working for you.
Thanks,
Yogi
