Askmimet has more advanced spam blocking features.
However, there is an option called Block Referrer Spam in the Firewall section of our Security plugin which is helpful for blocking spam: https://prnt.sc/104j9fm

The plugin is fairly new and it will include many more features - not just anti spam now. :) We are working on improving it with many new features in the future.
