Hey Sumolings, I bought this deal on January 15, 2021 and stacked 2 codes. Right from the start there were problems. The Security plugin never worked. I emailed the support a couple of times but they just replied with general answers that did not help me to get the security plugin to work. Hey, I said to myself: It's just an extra, don't bother.
Next I had frequent problems with the Backup plugin never finishing some backups and basically not doing what it was supposed to do. I emailed back and forth with the support team since February 2021 until March 2022 sending screenshots, uploading failed backup files for them to check. They have been very lacluster on following up on my issue. !Furthermore they have not been able to fix it! Now, after more than a year of patiently pleading with them to get behind the issue of failing updates I simply gave up. I de-installed the plugin. Guys, just use the free Softaculous backup function or do it via a cron job on CPanel. This plugin is not reliable.
