Q: Hi Bilal, Why are you not responding to support requests?

I have had open questions for 4 days that have not been responded to. This is on your live chat, which says you are online and have an average response time of 2 minutes.

Yet you are responding to user comments on here.

A: Hello. Sorry about the delay. We just switched our helpdesk software, and I'm going through tickets one by one and replying. Almost done with the transition, so you should see a response shortly.

We were getting a lot of spam on previous helpdesk software, and it wasn't converting missed chats to tickets well.

I'm available on live chat on the new system if you need any help.

For anyone reading this, I can confirm Bilal has responded to my support request, and they did indeed change support providers. He is actively working on a solution to the problem I was having.
