We don't support increment backups by design. It was done to keep things simple, lower cost and support other features.

We do compress(.zip) backups, and the size is 60-79% less usually, but I agree that it's not the same as incremental backups.

Storage-to-storage backups are coming in 2-3 weeks.

I know incremental backups are essential for you, but if you give us a try, you will find value in many other features we offer today and going forward.
