Q: I am based out of USA and some of my clients are in medical and financial industries.
There are strict requirements about where the data resides for my clients websites.
Do we get to pick a backup location that is based in US for all/some of the sites?

May 15, 2024A: Hi. Yes, you can connect your storage account like AWS S3 or any other storage options we support and choose it as a backup destination (you can select multiple) in the schedule.
So our servers in Europe will generate a backup, compress the backup and then upload it to your storage and then delete all files.
We had multiple locations a few months ago but hardware and bandwidth are not available in US/Canada. As we grow and more options become available then we will definitely add a US location next.
