When we purchased the lifetime deal, we believed we were supporting a project with real added value that would provide us with a useful and unique service in the long run. However, shortly after, we were surprised to see the service being released for free on GitHub. While this might be a technical decision by the developers, what we feel is that we, as loyal supporters, have been ignored.

The issue is not with releasing the service for free, but with how we, as paying users who supported the project for lifetime benefits, were treated. Instead of being properly compensated, we were contacted with a very trivial discount on a new website. This way of handling the situation is unacceptable and lacks the respect we deserve as loyal supporters.

Miss Caitlin, you have completely lost the trust of the most important people, those who stood by you once by purchasing a lifetime deal. You have betrayed them by using their money to create a new service, and in return for our support, you offered us a trivial discount and did not transfer our accounts to the new website.

I hope you take this criticism seriously and work on improving how you treat the users who trusted and supported you from the beginning.
