Although I have the ability to back up my entire server once a day on my VPS, this tool is great for controlling exactly what I want to back up and how often (not just once a day). The interface is very simple and not complicated at all.
Support was very helpfull when I needed to fix a Wordpress database connection issue (I needed to grant remote access to my database).
It would be great to have a Restore Option and a WordPress Plugin in the future.
