Hi Bob,
Still waiting for you to process my refund. Remember when you convinced me to close the PayPal case on the basis you’d process a refund asap? Then you went radio silent once the PayPal case was closed.

We rely on Stripe to manage trial periods and payments automatically. If a charge occurs, it would be related to Stripe’s payment processing, not Balloonary’s actions. Additionally, Balloonary sends an email notification two days before the trial ends to ensure users are informed.

In your specific case, your trial ended on October 29th, and that is when your first plan subscription payment was processed. Following your complaint, your refund was issued on November 10th. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist.
