Q: What's going on with the support?

I wait second day for a support response and no one even saw my email with is named as urgent.
The AutoPlay don't work and the custom domain also.

Hi,
I send a video with the problem. The auto play checkmark turns off by itself.
And the domain gives error with the SSL.
