Promising App but Customer Service đź‘Ž
The app has a lot of potential, however, once you login there's no walk through of how to set things up or how to understand the features it has to offer. As a user, I feel directionless and so does my team. I've been trying to get support now for a month on something that Bamboo Cloud is suppose to offer - autoplay and embedding videos but reply is very slow. They did say that it is because they are experiencing growth which I can understand, however, not responding for 7-10 days later isn't acceptable either. They did issue a fix for one item but completely forgot the other problem we are experiencing.
If you look at past reviews, you will see that these problems seem to be a common theme since 2020 and they still haven't been fully addressed. I missed the deadline for a refund so I will have to make it a wash but if I could get a refund, I would've.
