Q: AI CREDIT

Hello,
I'm on tier 1 (april 2023) and on my dashboard it indicates this:
Your AI credits
10 /50

I just logged in after months of not using Bannerboo.
It should be 50/50 no?
I don't have any credit history.

Also, just to explain — the numbers you see (e.g., 10 / 50) represent used credits / total available credits. So in this case, it means that 10 credits have been used out of your 50 total.

ok thanks. so maybe i used some credit some months ago... It means it's not 50 credits per month or per year?

It’s possible that some credits were used during a previous session while testing the tool. Currently, AI credits are provided as a one-time allocation and do not renew.
