Q: Connection issues
I do a lot of traveling and use many VPN's, it seems like your site blocks all of them. I disabled QUIC protocol hoping that would help but it does not.
Why are you so strict on blocking traffic, that means my visitors might be blocked from the embedded bannerboo content as well. Again at wifi hotspots and hotels I want my information private and VPN's are a must for me and many others.

Jul 22, 2025A: Hello Anthony-Diamond,
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing our website. We do not block traffic from our site. Sometimes, websites can be blocked in certain regions, or there might be internet service provider restrictions causing access issues.
As for workarounds, here are a few suggestions you might try:
— Use a different browser
— Clear your cache and cookies
— Try a different VPN
— Contact your ISP — they might have information on whether our website is blocked for any reason.
If you're able to access the website through mobile data, it might indicate that the issue lies with your current internet connection. Try to reload the modem or ask your Internet provider if they block the web-site.
Sometimes putting for IPv4: 8.8.8.8 and/or 8.8.4.4 in the config DNS of the network helps with this issue.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance

Thanks for the reply, I am using US based IP's when accessing your site with over 5 different network providers on multiple Phones, PCs and Macs. Seems like a very vast blockage of VPN's. Are you using a CDN?
Yes, we do use a CDN. Could you please let us know which country you're currently in when facing this issue? That will help us better understand what's causing the block and how we can assist.

Found the issue incase someone else runs into this, Bannerboo is considered an ad network and was being blocked. Whitelisted it on the VPN services and now works
Thank you so much for the update — that’s really helpful! I appreciate you taking the time to share it.
