Create animated ads in minutes by myself...... that's awesome! However, I have encountered some inconveniences with the download feature when using Bannerboo. When clicking the download button, it often takes several seconds to minutes before a download success link is provided. This wait time is not the issue; however, if I switch tasks during this wait or momentarily divert my attention, I frequently return to find that the download link has disappeared, leaving me with no idea where to find it again, so I need to restart the download process. This situation can be quite troublesome. Therefore, I would like to suggest a few potential improvements, such as extending the display duration of the download link or adding the download files to a sidebar for users to access later, etc. Thank you, great tool!

There can be the browser issue that blocks downloads from our domain. The solution here is to add bannerboo.com domain to the exception. However, we'll take your idea regarding the download history into account when planning new updates of the editor.
