Hello! I bought Tier 3 and just started diving into and navigating the platform. While I have not submitted my taco rating yet, I'm impressed with what I see and I have some questions. Sorry if they may appear repetitive and as if they've been asked before, but I am still confused by the replies :-( 1. Please explicitly describe the difference between "Editors" and "Users" My plan includes "25 editors" and "Unlimited guest users" but I don't understand the difference between the two. Are Editors the actual editing and design tools themselves? 2. Where can I find the exact definitions for all User roles; Designer, Viewer, Manager, Admin? Is there way to edit/modify the roles and their limitations? 3. It would be great to have features that further restricts User roles; e.g., storage limits, background removals, embedded ad views, etc. This is super important since these limits are share across all users, etc.? Will such features become possible and available at some point? 4. What options are available to increase the Tier 3 limits; storage, background removals, etc.? As an agency, my current limits will max out in a short period as I start to invite more and more clients. 5. In setting up custom domain ("Branded settings"), all invite emails, etc., do not show any Bannerboo branding anywhere, correct? 6. Will this email address be branded differently once I set up my Branded settings: bannerboo@send.bannerboo.com. As you can see in this screenshot, Bannerboo shows up everywhere: https://prnt.sc/oG1IcfKncyyX 7. Is it possible to change the content/text in the invite emails? Looking forward to your soonest reply and hopefully your reply will convince me that this tool is will worth holding onto and not refunding :-)

    Also, as per this screenshot, Bannerboo branding, pricing plans, terms and conditions, privacy policy, footer, etc., are on the page that is linked in the invite email.

    This defeats the purpose of CNAME and "Branded settings" if your brand still appears in most places where my brand should appear :-(

    A "user" role has only viewed permissions, that means, the person can see folders and banners in the workspace.

    Unfortunately, there is no permission's customization.

    The branded preview page customization works only for the Preview banner page, which you show to your clients. There is no any other customization such as emails, web-site, dashboard, etc.
