Super easy animated ads with drag and drop
Really enjoy this tool to make animated ads. I mostly use it for an e-commerce product and display ads, so it's great to be able to make different versions/sizes to go on different platforms. Similar to a video editor where it gives you a timeline to drag and drop the different assets onto and then play it back in order. Real easy to use. Little bit of a learning curve when starting but easy to get the hang of, can be slow to load at times especially with the image library. But apart from that it's great!

The best way to optimize my website
I've been using animated GIFs and some MP4s on my website to present my company; the downside has been a very slow website. Bannerboo was a great discovery; it helped me create the same animations in HTML5 and much faster. Bannerboo supports all essential formats, including JPG, PNG, MP4, and GIFs. Additionally, what I appreciate about Bannerboo is its simplicity. It allows me to create animated ads without any coding. I have some difficulty accessing the website; each time, I have to restart my modem (DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN).

I spent a couple of hours exploring the tool; I requested support and they asked me for images, but I didn't get any follow-up after writing again; I generated a couple of resources and none worked properly. I even recorded a video and sent it. The resource is still embedded in my test website, and even though it looks one way on the BannerBoo platform, the resource where it's embedded looks different. So I agree with the comments below that there are many bugs, and unfortunately, it results in wasted time.
