Does what some of the best AppSumo products do best; Simplify medium-complex tasks well enough to allow you to confidently spend time saved concentrating on everything else.

As a web designer, I could knock out what BannerBoo does in a reasonably short amount of time, and I might even do it slightly better.

But to produce this in formats compatible with all major and many minor ad networks and social platforms in a matter of seconds with reliably good design over and over again?

Well, that's a profession in and of itself. My time is better spent elsewhere.

Bannerboo does a great job of reducing time spent on creative... creation by factors. I enjoy using it, and it will almost certainly find very regular use as part of my everyman arsenal.

My favourite feature so far is that banners can be updated on the fly. Change in the dashboard, and your banners change everywhere online. Huge timesaver.

There are bugs, and QoL features missing, but overall the product is sound, and well worth the investment.

Things I'd like to see:

-A warning that ad blockers will break the animations.
-Fewer bugs.
-A slight UI revamp to make selecting and manipulating objects easier.
-CUSTOM COLOUR PALLETS! Seriously, this one feels like it should have been there on launch. Currently I can scroll through a lovely list of predefined pallets, that change the entire design in one godlike click. But shockingly, none of the brands I work for use those exact same colours, forcing me to change each element individually. If this feature does exist, then I'd love for it to be more visible.
