Thanks so much for the kind words and for giving BannerBoo a try — we really appreciate it! Sorry to hear about Stencil shutting down, but we’re glad BannerBoo is working well for you so far.

You’re right: at the moment, we don’t have a dedicated built-in text shadow effect in the editor.

As a workaround, you can create a simple shadow manually: duplicate the text layer, place the duplicated text behind the original one, make the lower text darker, and move it slightly down/right. This will give you a basic text shadow effect.

That said, we completely understand why this feature is useful, and we’ll do our best to add a proper native text shadow effect in a future update.
