You could use Google Web Designer, but Bannerboo is so much easier and better.

The appsumo deal is great if you need this just for Google Ads. You get the Bannerboo plus features. So in Bannerboo you just create the ad/banner and then you export while selecting "Google Ads" tab and all settings will be applied automatically. As you download the zip file, you aren't using any of your 'embedded ad views per month' quota if you use Bannerboo for Google Ads.

So what is the embedded ad views then? To my knowledge this quota is used if you embed the animated html on for example a website of yours. This is usefull if you have for example a couple of sites where you display the same animated html banner. If you want to change something, you don't have to upload it everywhere, you just edit it on Bannerboo and it is updated everywhere you put the embed code. Bannerboo, please correct me if I'm wrong.
