Too many bugs for me... Different input and output?

In principal it's a great idea.... Kind of takes the approach of a video timeline that you should be able to manipulate and add affects super easy. Truly nothing that unique, but I thought it would be a solid time saver if the execution was solid.

- Limited assets
- BUGS BUGS BUGS, with wasted HOURS

ZERO RESPONSE FROM SUPPORT. (No way to re-save, No way to do anything... Such a time waster..)

- Features that don't work, and instructions that don't make sense
- Published items aren't the same as what you see on the screen
- Support is inadequate and slow to respond.
- Should be a short learning curve, but bugs make it a long haul up Everest.

I've tried a bunch of Appsumo products over the years, and maybe I'm jaded .. but there are so many similar products wrapped up differently that are way further along. This product is not cutting edge, limited designs and assets.

Pass for me.. maybe it will work better for someone else. For me it's hours I'll never get back. And.. PS support watched a video showing clearly what I produced and what the published version being completely different and yet didn't find the time to respond... Good luck BannerBoo...

I did have this at 2 stars, and decided 1 star would be more appropriate after I added the 2 videos showing the one purpose of the application was the one thing it couldn't do... (and still no response from support.. which because I'm pressing the refund button, it really doesn't matter..). I kept going to my inbox for support before pressing submit. I literally cringe sending bad reviews.
