In the process of monthly link building, link builders have 3 options for adding created links in Base.
For adding a "single link", the majority choose to use Base Chrome extension (there is also a add link form, but it is used rarely), where once you check the published article and see that all is good, just click the "add link button" and the crawler checks the page, finds all links for clients in our database and add them to the database.
When importing the whole database or just 20 newly created links its enough to just list client domains, and link URLs and the crawler will do the rest.
It is not full automatization by crawling the whole website searching for a specific link of a specific client, but it does speed things up.
Link builders are actually loving the Chrome Extension, it speeds the link prospecting work tremendously.
