I am a jack of all trades, and known as the 'swiss army knife' because I have a tool for everything. Well Baseline is now my go-to for brand management and social media content creation. I have used Canva, Piktochart, VistaPrint/Crello and others and this one tops them all in my opinion. For reference, I also have a decent handle on graphic design and have developed a whole vector based graphic framework for my organisation, which supports other organisations in a network. In no time, I was able to set up our brand guideline, bulk upload a ton of vector graphics (thank you for that!), and have slapped together a series of social media posts all in record time.

A few glitches happen once in a while (ie fonts rendered in previews..) but that is all just par for the course with growing pains, and I am happy to wait for those to smooth out.

Support is very responsive, questions asked are replied to promptly, and when the answer was 'no, we don't do this YET', it was quickly followed up with" I can do it manually on the back end if you need". That is service!

New features are on the way such as Teams, which I am looking forward to hearing more about.
