Excellent, thank you for your replies.

If I use the duplicate function, will it still work with Zapier/Pabbly?

I would basically want to automatically create a task (with its subtasks) when a row is added in Google Sheets. So the new task in BasicOps will have a task name and description that will come from Google Sheets, while the subtasks will come for the duplicated task.

Is there a way to do this, or a workaround to implement it without manual work?
