1. We are just looking into setting Saturday and Sunday in the work week, which will be shown in the Gantt/Timeline view. Please send me an email to feedback@basicops.com and I’ll let you know when that is ready.
2.You can filter on a user in the Timeline view and see the workload for each user.

We did purchase a tier 3 (on the company account) fantastic so far.
One more question - how can an admin view all projects even the ones he/she is not involved?

An Admin can only see the projects that they are either an owner of or a team member.
