Just a little about how we got started on BasicOps…

While we were running Jobvite we struggled to find a solution to help our teams work together, create detailed, workable project plans and track progress toward major milestones. We developed BasicOps for ourselves and other businesses needing a single space to replace endless emails, apps, spreadsheets, and task management systems.

What is BasicOps…

BasicOps isn’t just a regular Project Management tool, it is “the one place” to work together on projects, tasks and notes by communicating and messaging with the relevant people in real time.

What exactly am I getting?

All AppSumo Licencing Tiers include everything in the BasicOps Professional Version. The difference is the number of users and storage size that can be used in the Tiers. This is a Lifetime deal, where you can create one workspace and it can not be moved to a different workspace. If you delete the workspace the lifetime subscription is removed. This promotion is valid for new BasicOps customers only.

Who is BasicOps for?

BasicOps is built for all companies and organizations that want to communicate and collaborate on Projects, Tasks and notes.

What languages do BasicOps support?

At this time we only support English.

How do I import my data into BasicOps?

You can directly import from Asana, Trello, and monday.com. You can also import from spreadsheets and csv files.

Do you have a public roadmap?

We do have a roadmap, however, we are very agile and the roadmap can change rapidly, so we don’t make it public.

What support and help do you have?
