Q: I have my own business as well as a nonprofit I run..
Is this designed to work well with multiple "companies" or would it better to have a separate license per company?

We designed BasicOps such that one workspace is for one company or organization. That way they are totally separate from other workspaces. You would need one license for each company/organization.
