Q: Looks promising and simple UI as a pm tool should be.
I have a few questions:
1. What is the difference between users and external users? They both seem to have the same functionalities, except for the admin menu in the lower left corner.
2. I saw your reply to another question: external users cannot create projects; in my testing, they can duplicate projects, create a task, and delete projects. They have the same access as internal users.
3. Some tasks are meant for an internal team and should be able to hide from clients. Unfortunately, this is not currently possible.
4. Do you plan to create folders for files and also assign access to specific users?
5. In the list view, when a task is marked completed, it stays and clutters the lists. Ideally, they move to the bottom of the page/lists and out of the way.
6. Project menu, admin should be able to deactivate some of the menus they don’t want. For example, I’ve always thought the project dashboard/summary should be the first tab in a project menu.
Are any of the above on your roadmap?
Thank you.

May 14, 2024A: Thank you for your feedback and questions!
1. External users can do the same as normal users, but are indicated as an external user. They also can not be an Administrator.
2. Yes, you are correct! You can check out what they can do here: https://basicops.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036240971-What-can-guest-users
3. All users that are on a Project team can see all tasks, also vendor users. Instead of adding a user to the project team, you could just add them as a task follower. That way they can only see the tasks they are a follower of or assigned to. I’ll add this to our suggestion list.
4. Right now all files roll up into a project, where you can see all the files organized by tasks. Will also add this to our suggestion list.
5. The best way to "unclutter" is to filter on the open tasks. The filter is remembered. You could also archive the tasks, if you don’t want to see them again. You can do this by multi-selecting and update in bulk. See: https://basicops.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402573033613-Using-multi-select
6. Great suggestion and I’ll add it to our suggestion list.
