We purchased this program with the understanding that we would be able to launch and grow our podcast on platform that appeared to have all the features we were seeking. To our dismay we received an email notice stating that our account will be deleted in a few weeks. This has to be one of if not the top poor customer service experiences our company has have encountered.

During the pandemic many new podcast had been birthed; and instead of bCast taking advantage of creating a different modality in their marketing practices to obtain new clients to pay the monthly fee they are now demanding, they launched a similar campaign as they originally did here on AppSumo. Unfortunately there are many companies that are seeking money over loyal clients. Needless to say I requested a refund because to give the founding members an ultimatum to pay us a monthly fee or be purged from our system in two week is not only not fair but, absolutely an unethical business practice.
